“Dereliction to Tourist Hub: The story of RSPB Old Moor”.

Professor Ian D. Rotherham will be presenting a talk about RSPB Old Moor in South Yorkshire, transformed from industrial land to a thriving nature reserve following the decline of the coal mining industry in the 1980s. Ian has broadcast on radio and TV and has a regular phone-in on BBC Radio Sheffield.
