meeting at 10.00 a.m. at The Rowbarge Public House, Woolhampton for a walk around Woolhampton Gravel Pits.
Sun 20 PAGHAM HARBOUR
Minibus trip to Pagham Harbour in search of passage waders and migrants.
Sun 17 WALLASEA ISLAND
A minibus trip to the new RSPB reserve in Essex which used the spoil from the
Crossrail project to create habitat for a coastal realignment project. The area is already good for waders and raptors.
Sun 15 Dec FLEET POND
A visit to Fleet Pond to look for wintering ducks and other birds such as siskins and firecrest. GU14 0LZ
Sun 19 STAINES RESERVOIR
A morning walk along the causeway at Staines is a good spot for wintering ducks, and often black-necked grebes. TW19 7PS
Wed 22 Midweek Walk
Meeting at 10.00 a.m. The Fox and Hounds PH Car Park, Theale for a walk around Hosehill Lakes.
Sun 16 RAINHAM MARSHES RSPB
A minibus trip to the east side of London to visit this reserve which has a large area of wet meadows which contains lots of ducks and golden plover, also good for raptors and water pipits.
Sun 15 WITHYMEADE
A morning walk round the local nature reserve near Goring, we will look for woodland birds and maybe the first chiffchaff of the year. RG8 0HS
Sun 19 UPTON WARREN
A minibus trip to this reserve in Worcester, which is a series of flashes and reedbeds, we have visited it once before. It should be good for passage waders and other birds, avocets breed here.
Sun 3 DAWN CHORUS DAY
For the early risers we start at 4:30 a.m. to catch the birds waking up to another day. RG4 6RT
14- 17 WEEKEND AWAY IN MID-WALES
Our weekend away will be to look for pied flycatchers, redstarts, wood warblers and osprey at the Ynys-hir and Lake Vyrnwy RSPB reserves plus a visit to Dyfi Osprey Project.

Meeting in the car park at Paices Wood, Aldermaston for a walk around this reserve.
Fri 12 PADWORTH COMMON
On our annual evening walk to see nightjars and woodcock we will visit Padworth Common, which never fails to deliver the target birds.
